Peter advised the company from its first year, trained and assembled the business development team, helped shape the board of directors, consulted senior executives on performance management, and shaped emerging leaders through each stage of the companies growth.

Peter is a founding board member, has co-founded companies, assembled high performance leadership teams, raised institutional capital, spoken internationally on innovation, business development and product market fit, and taken multiple companies to liquidity.

Peter joined the venture as an early advisor, developing it’s brand thesis, messaging, and training its early sales and marketing teams. Peter then provided regular support to the executive suite in engineering, product, customer success and business development to ensure that they all leveraged industry best practices, created a culture of accountability, and sought to develop a pursuit of execution.

Peter partnered with the founder to accelerate market uptake, coach the executive suite and build out the leadership team as it expands sales while streamlining a bespoke customer success experience for its clients. Peter is also preparing the venture for subsequent financing, grant applications, and developing a high impact advisory board to support the companies growth objectives.

Peter worked with the company through its relationship with a global accelerator, helped shape 3 generations of business development and customer success teams, restructured the cap table, coached and managed the executive suite, and provided governance as a board member.

Peter partnered with the founders to turn an AI research project into an early stage SaaS technology venture providing innovative products to clinicians. As their Chief of Staff, peters role includes coaching the executives and founders for performance, supervising the product roadmap, selecting the GTM partner and team for launch, and shaping the capital plan for growth, while preparing a snap financing.

Peter met the CEO and Founder a year before the launched their venture. Recognizing their unique process in meeting and exceeding their customers’ requirements, he worked with them in the prep and post launch of Meda into the Pacific NorthWest market. Since it’s inception and through it’s growth he’s provided ongoing coaching to the CEO on management, expansion, people development and strategy.

Peter originally met the founder of a parent company through his work in private equity. He was deeply impressed by the capabilities of the products of the company that he later worked to establish and then co-founded a sister company to accelerate expansion and drive revenues through direct enterprise and channel sales.
